Five Reds Media is a brand operated by Rolo Academy Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. The website is fivereds.io. Where these terms refer to we, us, or Five Reds, they mean Rolo Academy Ltd.
Using the site
You may read, share, and link to anything we publish for personal, non-commercial use. You may quote short extracts with attribution. You may not republish a full piece, build a competing publication on our content, or scrape the site to train a model.
Membership
Free membership is just an email subscription. Paid membership unlocks the paywalled portion of the site and is billed by Stripe on the cadence you pick on the plans page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; we don't refund the unused portion.
Predictions
Everything the engine outputs is for editorial and entertainment purposes. The numbers are not betting advice. If you bet against them you do so on your own account.
User submissions
If you send us a pitch, a chart, or a piece for publication, you confirm it's your work and you grant us a non-exclusive licence to publish, edit and promote it. You keep the underlying copyright.
Liability
We try hard to be accurate but we offer no warranty on the content. To the maximum extent permitted by law we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or for death/personal injury caused by negligence.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the newsletter or on this page; the last updated date at the top reflects the most recent change.
Governing law
English law, exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
